Can you mount a door frame chin up or pull up bar without drilling holes in the frame for the mounting bracket?

In other words, is it possible to buy an adhesive so I can stick the brackets to the frame and mount the bar after? I am 155 pounds and in a quick search I've only seen adhesive like that for small pictures, not to support that much weight. I'm not even sure if my full weight would even be pulling on the brackets (I fell asleep in physics!) Thanks for any info!
