Why after swiming does my "pee hole" and urethra feel irritated, ticklish, and kind of fragile?

I think it may have to do with the chemicals n the water but im not sure. but ive been swimming kind of often and when i do this happens but this time its really annoying. But i think i stayed n the water longer than usual yesterday just hot tubbing and etc.
