check out some of real estate offices near you with www.bbb.com you'll need their name and phone number to get started.and once you find one with good ratings go in and talk to someone there .you might check your credit ratings and score ,beforehand the better they are the better loan you can get.and don't be rushed into anything if the agents are pushy don't sign anything until you though it over good.you can always go to someone else.if you have the money this is a great time to buy it's a buyers market.that means the supply is high and the demand is low.hope this helps.
