What should the NFL do about Bryannt Mckinnie and other Felons like him?

He was the love-boat captain who performed in public, and most recently, he beat the hell out of a bouncer with a steel pole in Miami at 6a.m, while resisting arrest. Should they kick him out, or just fine him a measly 25k like normal.
