Best Air Force Officer Career for English Major?

I'm a 23 yr old recent college graduate who is a skilled writer with great comprehension and public speaking skills. I'm interested in a military career (I'm leaning towards AF) that will translate to a real civilian job when I get out. Any recommendations from current AF Officers of a good fit? Maybe a Public Affairs Officer or Communications and Information Officer? It doesn't have to be a writing job and if it's exciting or in high demand right now that's a huge bonus. I'm also in great shape and wouldn't mind a physically demanding position.
