What should i wear and what should i do?

im having a winter sweet 16 party in january. its inside, so i wanted to wear a dress but now that i think about it being in the winter im having second thoughts. should i still wear the dress? also i would like to have some ideas on entertainment. there is going to be a dj and dancing. my friend mentioned a mini fashion show but im nt sure.
