In terms of your hurting ankles. This quote i think about everytime i feel hurt, tired, or even undevoted: "Pain is temporary, pride last forever." IT may be cheezy but it is very true. Your just doing a 1/4 mile so give it all you got. If you dont do it you wasted your time and effort on all that hard training for nothing. Also if your hurting you should maybe bring a wrap(to wrap the ankle) or a brace. ALso Bring an extra sweatshirt cuase you may up having to ice your ankle. GOod lUCk
