What do you think of this trade?

I think Denver should do whatever it takes to upgrade over Kenyon Martin. He is undersized and not the player he used to be, and I feel he is the lone piece holding the Nuggets from being a championship contender. Im not sure if Jermaine O'Neal is the answer, but at least he has size.
